In an 18-month trainee program, we prepare you as a potential provider:in an individual, targeted and professional way, for your demanding work after the trainee program. Your perspectives in LBBW-IT are diverse – from software development to IT security challenges to product responsibility for IT systems and agile project management. LBBW-IT's various tasks offer you unique opportunities to introduce and expand your talent and skills.

Demanding: In our IT training program, you are going through various areas of our IT department and learn to develop tailor-made IT solutions for our customers in the areas that best match your skill profile, thereby ensuring production operations for our customers at over 160 locations. Responsive: During your work in our IT department, you take successive responsibility and gain more and more practical experience and IT knowledge. You will also get to know all contact persons from different business areas and build a broad network. Various: As part of your different projects and the development of concepts, you create new, digital IT processes in all areas of IT. Sustainable: The goal of our trainee program is that with the collected IT experience from the various areas, you will be able to secure an accurate fixation after successful completion of the program and to use your learned know-how sustainably.

Qualified: You bring a completed study (Bachelor/Master) and a high IT affinity. Learn: Show us what's in you: projects and tasks from previous activities (e.g. practical assignments, student assignments), student work as well as projects and work results arising from own initiative. Competent: basic IT skills, pronounced analytical skills, conceptual skills and a high problem-solving competence are your strengths. Versatile: You are a team player, communication-strong, changeable and have a good sense of humor. International: Good English skills are helpful.

Welcome Week: joint start of all trainees in the group and IT trainees Affiliation: Fixed allocation to information technology. From this basis, knowledge of IT and selected areas of LBBW Development: Promote your personal way to IT through seminar and further education. Participation in network events and exchange of experience in the trainee network. Individual development planning and support by your personal mentor from IT.
