In this newly created role, Subject Matter Expert supports the development and establishment of a sustainable Business Process Management (BPM) system You design the process landscape from scratch, define uniform standards, methods and governance in process management and give training The selection, introduction and further development of suitable tools for process documentation and control is also your responsibility Further, the analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization and automation potentials is an important part of your work You harmonize, model and visualize processes (BPMN 2.0) across different disciplines in the framework of projects and establish a continuous improvement process (KVP) In addition, your task is to advise and support the departments in handling process standards and methods as well as to carry out workshops on this In process documentation, You ensure the preservation of transparency, quality and traceability
