Head of Cash Management & Payment Transactions (m/f/d)

You run the department with its two team leaders:inside and 13 employees, you continuously develop their performance. You control the advice and support of our institutional customers in the fields of liquidity management, payment and digital banking. You develop our services in the areas of liquidity control, payment and digital banking customer-oriented and boost new solutions and services. You consistently align the activities of the department with the Bank's strategic, sustainable and economic objectives. You support your team leaders: in their leadership, coaching and expertise and ensure a performance-oriented cooperation. You work closely with the customer consulting department as well as other units of the management and ensure effective interconnection of customer and specialist competencies. Together with the other Heads of Department: Inside the Directorate, you create effective cooperation and ensure clear, efficient and effective interfaces within the Directorate. You identify optimization and development potentials and take steps to further develop processes, services and structures.

You have a completed training as a banking businessman, as well as a further management qualification or a comparable out- or Training. You have several years of leadership experience in a sales, consulting or specialist environment of a credit institution. You bring comprehensive experience in the care of institutional customers, ideally with industry knowledge in the health and social economy. You have a well-founded knowledge of liquidity management, payment transactions, cash management or digital banking. You have a strong understanding of customer-oriented consulting and service processes. You think and trade strategically, entrepreneurially and solution-oriented and meet well-founded decisions in complex situations. You support trusted cooperation across department and division boundaries and convince with your communication and implementation skills.
