EICKHOFF Personal GmbH is an owner-managed staff service company based in Düsseldorf. The focus of our work is the direct placement of specialists, executives and engineers, as well as the transfer-oriented transfer of workers from technical and commercial professionals to predominantly producing industrial companies from the Rhineland. Internationality is everyday: procurement and coordination run along global value chains, sales are mainly aimed at customers in Europe and Asia. The environment is medium and pragmatic: short decision-making, direct exchange, long-term partnerships and high quality standards. In this position, you are part of a shopping team that jointly manages a purchase volume of around €25 million and actively brings the area forward. You negotiate internationally, control suppliers and secure quality as well as delivery dates. In addition, process optimization, digitization and sales-related projects are consistently driving forward. You work in a small, powerful team (2 employees plus management) with short paths. Regular, close exchange – especially with India – is a key part of this. We are looking for you to set up in full time as:

International projects

International Sourcing & Supplier Control Procurement in relevant markets (including Indonesia, China, Turkey, Vietnam, India, Pakistan) as well as care and further development of supplier relations. Debates of the European Parliament Price, contract and contract negotiations are conducted, framework agreements are concluded and the purchase is represented as sovereign to the outside. Operational Purchasing & Supply Chain Security End-to-end processing including accreditive and document testing – with consistent date tracking, quality focus and quick clarification of deviations. Optimizing processes & driving digitization Improve processes, increase transparency and develop ERP-based processes – with real design assignment. International Projects & Interface Management Implementation of purchasing projects – in close cooperation with India and global interfaces.

Training: Commercial training (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade, industry, etc.) or a study (e.g. BWL, Supply Chain, etc.). Experience: Experiences in purchasing are desirable, but not a must – decisive are a proactive mindset, the view over the rim of the plate and a communicative, solution-oriented way of working. Internationality: Very good English in word and writing – international communication is standard daily. Toolset: ERP experience desirable (ideally Sage), safe handling with MS Office. Personality: pragmatism, self-responsibility and a good view for the whole – you stay up to date, quality and documents fit.
