Supporting the housekeeping team in the daily cleaning and care of the guest rooms and public areas of the hotel. Implementation of quality controls to ensure that all cleaning work meets the high standards. inventory and reorder of cleaning agents and equipment to ensure smooth operation. Reporting of damage and necessary repairs to the relevant departments. Coordination and monitoring of workflows in housekeeping. Training and guidance of new housekeeping staff in terms of cleaning standards and procedures. Compliance with and enforcement of hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with the hotel guidelines. Reporting to the housekeeper or housekeeping manager on the condition of the rooms and areas as well as on required repairs or spare materials. Support in the planning and organisation of special cleaning projects and seasonal cleaning actions. Cooperation with other departments of the hotel to ensure that guest wishes and requests are handled quickly and efficiently.

Experience in housekeeping or in a comparable position, preferably in the hotel industry. An eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness and order. Good communication skills to work effectively with the housekeeping team and other departments. Organisational and time management skills to efficiently coordinate workflows. Loadability and flexibility to work successfully in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment. Team spirit and commitment to lead and support new employees. Basic knowledge of hygiene standards and safety regulations. Friendly and professional appearance as well as a positive attitude that delights our guests and the team.
