For the Landratsamt Rosenheim we are looking for one/n Senior Consultant (m/w/d) unlimited in parttime (60 %)

Completion of the Nursing and Housing Quality Act (PfleWoqG) and the accompanying implementing regulation, including: Consultation of residents, representations of residents, agencies and management staff Implementation of quality controls with examination of the human situation, the structural situation and the quality of care and care (together with the Health Office) Creation of result logs and adoption of arrangements Cooperation with other audit bodies, coordination of joint audits and domestic evaluation of their audit results Complaint management

Successful (currently) completed studies as a graduate administrator (m/w/d) of the general administration department or comparable discipline or A successfully completed training to the administrative specialist (m/w/d) (specialized examination II) or successfully filed employee training II (formerly AL II) in the internal administration or A completed study of law with first or second legal state examination or degree as Bachelor of Laws or Master of Laws with knowledge in public law, Bachelor in Public Management / Administration fulfillment of the personal, civil and collective conditions (including specific pre- and training, runway equality, suitability for health) Ownership of driving licence class B and the willingness to use private cars for external service In addition, we wish: A high level of responsibility and care Competent and safe occurrence, independent and independent work Communication skills, team skills, negotiation skills Ability to self-reflection Good computer skills (especially in Microsoft Office programs) High social competence and empathy Capacity and flexibility, good work organisation
