THE POSITION - That is what we are talking about As a team assistant (m/w/d) you support our location management in Austria and the project teams in administrative and organizational matters.

Within the framework of the flexible part-time job, they support the location management in the efficient organisation and coordination of projects and tasks. They facilitate the planning of business trips and take over the digital administration of the associated administrative tasks. They maintain relations with our suppliers and service providers and manage orders via modern procurement systems. They contribute to creating attractive presentations and data-driven evaluations. They revise documentation in English and German to ensure that they are clear and precise. You keep an eye on the timing and resource planning of our projects and use digital tools to point out bottlenecks at an early stage. They organize and maintain both internal and external events.

They have a completed commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau). They bring professional experience in office management or as team and/or project assistance. They are an organizational institution and have very good communication skills. Through your structured way of working, you always keep an overview in stressful situations. They bring good English knowledge in word and writing as well as safe handling of the current MS Office programs.
