Continuous development and optimization of our event management tool both within the participant management and around the planning and organisation of trade fairs and events Interface function between the worldwide Liebherr companies that initiate events and our central IT service provider ( Liebherr-IT Services GmbH) responsible for the technical implementation within the group of companies Conception and implementation of efficient processes taking into account modern digital solutions in coordination with our central IT service provider Determination, testing and prioritization of internal customer needs together with Liebherr companies and event managers Advising Liebherr companies in the software-based mapping and further development of the processes within the participant management Acquisition of sub-project lines with the focus on the participant management within the framework of leading trade fairs including on-site operational support Working and supporting the Live Communication team at global trade fairs and events Development and identification of key figures and KPI's to ensure the success of projects and sustainable use of systems

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the field of event management - study desirable Strong IT affinity and ability to translate business requirements into software requirements First experiences in the project organization of trade fairs and events in the international environment as well as in the control of external service providers - Focus on participant management desirable High analytical and conceptual skills as well as experience in process management and process analysis Very good English knowledge in word and writing, other foreign languages desirable Flexibility and independent work Joy in dealing with people and convincing appearance including a pronounced customer and service orientation
