Our WABE-Kita Jenfelder Au is located in a great new building area close to the green Jenfelder Moorpark. On three floors, together with our children, we can design the everyday life in library, movement landscape, children's kitchen or our beautiful art studio under the roof. We are a dynamic team and look forward to dedicated and motivated colleagues.

The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer you the opportunity to fully develop your ideas and potential in your role as an educator. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus.

• Accompaniment of our elementary children in the individual kitaday along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Their work is based on the needs of the children.
• They promote the development of children's personality through work in specialized functional spaces and thus ensure a high participation.
• You are an expert in an educational focus or develop it and inspire the children with your theme.

Your skills - Our expectations

• A completed training as an educator is absolutely necessary. A focus in one of the seven educational areas of the Hamburg educational guidelines is desirable, but we do not require it.
• Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
