Real Estate Development Manager (m/w/d)

As part of the reorientation and targeted further development of our real estate portfolio, we are looking for a dedicated personality for the position of the Real Estate Development Manager (m/w/d) at the Hamburg location at the next time possible.

In an agile, wide-ranging team, you work together with experienced colleagues to implement the company-wide real estate strategy. The aim is to sustainably increase the value of the existing real estate portfolio and to create modern, functional working environments. You contribute your expertise to the development and implementation of site-specific projects – from analysis to planning to implementation – and thus make an important contribution to the long-term orientation of the Bauer Group in the real estate sector. Your duties

• Participation in the planning and control of medium to large real estate projects in existing and new construction projects – together in the team, from concept development to implementation • Close cooperation with internal specialist departments, external planners, service providers, authorities and other stakeholders for successful project implementation • Cooperative implementation of feasibility studies, location analyses and support of sales and sales in the team • Active participation of the group-wide workplace strategy at its own locations in close coordination with relevant interfaces • Common responsibility for compliance with timetables, budgets, quality standards and regulatory requirements • Support and participation in the continuous development of real estate standards, processes and tools • Operational implementation of the real-state strategy in day-to-day business as part of the TGM team through active management and support of ongoing projects and through the close interconnection of strategic objectives with concrete measures on site

Your profile

Professional qualifications:

• Complete university studies with a focus on civil engineering, architecture or real estate management • Multiannual professional experience in project development, planning and implementation of commercial real estate in Germany • Detectable successes in the development and implementation of complex real estate projects and in the creation and realization of high-quality business cases • Funded knowledge of property transactions, workplace strategies and office real estate development • Very good knowledge of German building and planning regulations and relevant standards and regulations • experience in work within a matrix organization and stakeholder management • Safe handling of project management tools, MS Office and ideally CAFM systems • Negotiating German knowledge of native languages and good English skills Personal competencies: • Structured, targeted and self-responsible operation • Embossed communication strength, negotiation skills and enforcement skills • Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation and hand-on mentality • Flexibility and readiness for day trips within Germany
