Number: MER0003U1W Everybody talks about transformation. From time to time. A lot more rare is asked: How does that actually work? How to win people for changes? And how do you like the future? To answer these questions, we have done our job in the Team Employee Engagement in Corporate Communications at Mercedes-Benz. We work to identify our colleagues in Germany and internationally with the Mercedes-Benz brand and our company: With open communication, the one or other non-common action and sometimes also with an eye-catcher. Our team has the overall responsibility for internal employee communication, including editorial and technical management of our intranet and other communication channels that address our colleagues. Our topics range from board & strategy, product & services to shopfloor & production. We also advise and support other departments within the entire company in their communication activities. This is what awaits you: Exciting topics: At the same time, you are on the move in various interesting topics. You will accompany model premieres and support driving events You will serve brand topics and discover what makes a Mercedes-Benz a Mercedes-Benz You will support management dialogues and contribute to internal strategic communication You will get to know and learn how to communicate to various target groups using different media You design and create targeted contributions for various internal communication channels of Mercedes-Benz (including social intranet, newsletters, presentations, video, etc.) You create graphic contributions for internal formats (including photos, design, presentations, etc.) in your own way and in cooperation with agencies and/or internal service providers You will participate in the development and implementation of internal event formats and employee actions (including product events, roadshows, etc.) You work with internal strategy communication and support in the implementation of dialogue events (e.g. management dialogue)

You can study the communication, human, social or economic sciences, marketing and/or journalism/media or comparable You have a valid registration certificate during the internship period You may have already gained first experience in the field of media, press work or social media You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing You master programs of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.) and if necessary Adobe (photoshop) Your work is characterised by commitment, care, commitment and analytical thinking You can work independently, but also draw your attention through a high team capability You have a class B licence Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
