You take over the independent and responsible technical and personnel management of the Rescue guard Flöha/Eppendorf. They are responsible for the establishment of the service plan/planning plan and ensuring the smooth operation of the service. They support the ongoing development of our quality management. They monitor compliance with instructions, instructions, controls, investigations and training hours. They conduct regular employee talks. They occupy our RTW according to the service plan and provide emergency patients. They take on professional activities in the rescue service.

You can demonstrate experience as a guardian or deputy guardian and have the suitability to manage companies operating emergency rescue and medical transport (IHK). They have strong leadership and social competence and enforcement capacity. They have communication strength, organisational skills, problem-solving competence and a high level of willingness to learn. You have a good understanding of the business relationships in the rescue service. They are safe in the application of common computer programs. You have a completed training as an emergency suitor or for emergency medical and a license class C1. They are reliable, team-ready and flexible. They dedicate themselves to your mental and physical health and are therefore resilient.
