Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d)

Preparation, coordination and processing of monthly payroll for seagoing personnel and shore-based staff Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with applicable legal, tax and social security Maintenance of HR master data and support with administrative HR processes Continuous review and optimization of payroll and HR administration processes Acting as a contact person for payroll-related and administrative HR matters Coordination of selected facility management topics Preparation and submission of financial applications Communication with internal departments, external service providers, authorities and other relevant stakeholders

Completed commercial or administrative vocational training, or a comparable qualification or degree First professional experience in payroll, HR administration or a comparable area of responsibility Good understanding of payroll processes; knowledge of German dar tax, social security and employment law is an advantage Very good written and spoken German and English skills Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style High level of reliability, discretion and arbitration Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
