Technical Property Manager Gastronomy (m/w/d)

The Department of Gastronomy and Services as well as the R+V Service-GmbH are responsible for the performance of staff catering, conference and guest accommodation as well as for the implementation of special events. At the present time nine operating restaurants are operated by the two units and associated service providers are controlled. Technical service for gastronomy facilities Continuous monitoring of the condition of the devices by starving the objects Call for tenders to obtain price comparisons, order allocation and monitoring of all necessary repairs (contracting to selected specialist firms, including audit) Conception and participation in the planning of new gastronomic facilities in cooperation with a planning office – project management Completion of maintenance contracts, monitoring of maintenance dates, documentation of maintenance logs Participation in the implementation of major refurbishment projects accompanied by experts (planning, tendering and awarding, monitoring and acceptance of maintenance and modernisation measures) settlement of insurance cases from a commercial and technical perspective Oral and written correspondence with service providers, planning offices and the in-house interfaces Control of service providers (e.g. house technology, external contract firms etc.) Managing contract negotiations with cost planning and control Participation in the tendering and collection of unit prices Consumption of deficiencies and initiation of further measures

They have a completed degree in the field of civil engineering or an education in the real estate sector with further education or a comparable degree. They have very good knowledge in handling CAD systems as well as MS Office as well as SAP. Professional experiences, possibly even in the gastronomic environment, are advantageous. They are able to work independently, but also in the team. You have a good professional knowledge to process your projects independently. They enjoy varied activities.
