We are an independent watch factory in the Saxon Glashütte, which is committed to the craftsmanship of Moritz Grossmann. Since our foundation in November 2008, we have undergone a dynamic development. A small team of specialists designed, developed, manufactured, finissed, assembled and presents mechanical timepieces in a handcrafted and traditional way for demanding watch lovers.

For this we need people who master modern CNC technology to have a good feel for materials and to bring joy to demanding production. To strengthen our team we are looking for you!

CNC Milling / CNC Milling Machine (m/w/d) Glasswork | CNC manufacturing | Precision parts & small series | Full time Your tasks

• Manufacturing sophisticated precision parts on modern CNC milling machines
• Self-assembled, brushes and operation of CNC machines
• Manufacturing of individual parts and small series according to technical drawings
• Work with and optimize CNC programs
• Selection and use of suitable tools and cutting data
• Implementation of measurement, visibility and quality controls
• Monitoring the manufacturing process as well as identifying and eliminating manufacturing problems
• Maintenance work on the machines used

Your profile

• Completed training in a metal profession, for example as machining mechanic, precision mechanics, tool mechanic, industrial mechanic, CNC machining or a comparable technical qualification
• Practical experience as CNC milling cutter, CNC funnel or machine operator in the area of CNC milling is advantageous
• Good understanding of cutting, tools, cutting data and technical drawings
• Experience in setting up and operating CNC milling machines
• High quality awareness and pleasure in precise production
• Self-employed, structured and reliable operation
