Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Its area of responsibility includes, in particular, the monitoring and processing of self-government procedures, procedures according to the stabilisation and restructuring framework (StaRUG) and regulatory insolvency procedures.

Creation of insolvency applications and insolvency plans in self-government and as a rule insolvency Creation of restructuring displays and restructuring plans (StaRUG) Contact care with the insolvency court or restructuring court and stakeholders during the proceedings Preparation and implementation of creditor committee meetings Preparation and implementation of negotiations with stakeholders Legal advice of clients throughout the procedure

You have already gained first professional experience in an insolvency administrator's law firm or are professional starters (m/w/d) with a strong interest in in insolvency law Good legal knowledge Appealing Examina Interest in working with the client also on site Fun at work in the team
