with studies of social work or comparable qualification Location: Ravensburg or Radolfzell from now on, unlimited, 70-100% The Inclusion and Integration Service (IFD) is a central point of contact for issues relating to disability and workplace. Based on SGB IX, IFD advises and supports both employees and businesses.

You accompany people with (heavy) prevention on their way in the general labour market – individually, empathically and sustainably. You advise and support employees with disabilities and also help them in the long term. You advise companies in designing and securing inclusive working conditions. You work with schools and workshops for people with disabilities and support the transition to working life. You network with regional partners, actively collaborate and maintain cooperation with Reha carriers. You provide expert opinions and recommend appropriate support measures.

Experience in advising people with disabilities is advantageous Knowledge of social benefit law (especially SGB IX and III) Ability to quickly capture complex situations and provide practical advice Self-employed and structured work Safe handling of common IT applications Driving licence class B and, where appropriate, a car for service journeys
