Your tasks • With your team, you will develop our infrastructure/platform that our 5 developer teams use. • Together with your team, you are responsible for our on-premise infrastructure, as well as the expansion of our cloud infrastructure/platform as part of our cloud migration. It manages, among other things, databases and message brokers and ensures reliable developer tools. • You are driving important initiatives, including the migration of our databases and containerized, go-based APIs/services to the cloud, as well as the modernization and consolidation of our on-premise infrastructure within the framework of our strategic OKR cycles. • Prioritize the backlog of the platform team, define acceptance criteria, plan and coordinate regular increments. In doing so, you will ensure the progress and quality of the results and continuously get feedback.

Your profile • You have experience as (Technical) Product Owner (m/w/d), Product Manager (m/w/d) or Platform/Cloud Architect (m/w/d), ideally in the field of infrastructure/platform development and understand the challenges of developer teams or are in the middle. • You have a good technical understanding in some of the following areas: On-Premise Infrastructures (Linux VMs), Cloud Architectures (Azure, OCI), Containerization (Docker (Swarm), Kubernetes), (No)SQL Databases and Search Engines (Postgres, Oracle, Mongo, Cosmos, Elasticsearch), Message Broker (RabbitMQana, Azure Service Bus), GLab • You have a hands-on mentality and support your team in technical implementations. • You are a skillful communicator that effectively works with our developer teams and stakeholders, finds creative solutions for technical and organizational challenges and always keeps in mind the added value for the whole. • Agile's thinking and action determine your way of working: Inspect & adapt! • You can communicate safely in German and English.
