Production assistant in the extraction of natural stones (m/f/d)

The Schotter- und Steinwerk Weissenburg GmbH & Co. KG has over 40 years of company history and builds on an area of currently 90 hectares of Jura limestone. In our work we process the recovered blocks to produce garden and landscape construction, as well as to bulkhead products for road and civil engineering. We give raw blocks to regional entrepreneurs for further processing.

We are looking: Production aid (m/w/d) in the extraction of natural stones**

Location: Rothenstein

Area: Natural stone processing / production

Your tasks

• Setting stone blocks by hydraulic crackers • Support for ongoing production in the quarry • equipping, aligning and reworking stone material • Control of workflows and compliance with safety regulations • General aid activities in the production sector

Your profile

• Good physical fitness and durability • Ready to work outdoors (all year) • Craft skills, ideal experience in quarrying or construction • Technical understanding, experience with hydraulics of advantage (but no need) • Reliable, team-capable and independent operation • German knowledge of the team
