Team Leader Sales Hyundai (m/f/d)

Take responsibility: You control the operating business in the sales of the brand Hyundai at our locations. Leadership & Motivation: You guide the sales consultants, ensure the consistent implementation of the sales processes and promote the further development of your team. Key figures in view: creation and evaluation of sales reporting (sales, margin, market share, customer satisfaction) are part of your daily business. Promote optimization: You analyze the performance, direct actions and implement them in a targeted manner. Implementation strategy: Together with our Head of Hyundai, you will transfer strategic impulses to operational implementation. Secure standards: ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and quality standards.

Multiannual professional experience in automotive sales, ideally in the direction of brand companies. Understanding sales processes, key figures management and dealing with international stakeholders. Safe feeling for operational processes, pragmatism and solution orientation. Communication strength, leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team sustainably. Structured, responsible operation with high quality standards. Ideally experience with Hyundai or comparable volume marks. High readiness for travel within northern Germany. English knowledge of word and writing of advantage.
