Your tasks with us: IT-Hotline/Helpdesk and Incident Management You support employees with technical problems and questions about software, hardware and IT procedures via the IT hotline in 1st level support. You take over the initial processing of incoming tickets as well as their categorization, prioritization and distribution. As part of the readiness to call, you analyze and edit disturbances.

System administration, stakeholder management and IT projects On the IT side, You supervise various specialist procedures of different offices. You work closely with the departments to understand their requirements and to translate them into concepts. You develop robust technical solutions and are responsible for them from conception to test phase to productive go-live.

Take this with you: Qualification: Complete training in the field of computer science/IT, e.g. as a specialist informant/in system integration or comparable.

Knowledge: Very good knowledge in the field of Windows and MS Office applications. Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP and project management. Basic knowledge of computer and server operating systems as well as Internet techniques. Knowledge of BSI Framework Terms, ITIL Basics, GDPR. German very good in word and writing (level C1), English in at least B1 level.

You communicate in a comprehensible and binding way and find the right words for complex technical issues. You also keep track of parallel tasks and changing priorities and work structured and solution-oriented. You bring the willingness to flexible working hours, even in evenings or weekends.

Mobility: driving licence and willingness to use your own vehicle for reimbursement of costs.
