With your commitment and passion, you can help us in full or part time to advise corporate and commercial customers around Electronic Banking and develop individual solutions for their payment and banking processes. You help expand digital banking solutions and ensure that our customers benefit from efficient, secure and modern services. In addition, you actively support our customer supporters in the introduction and optimization of digital solutions, take over support in electronic banking – including installation and support of soft and hardware solutions – and actively support our customers and colleagues in questions as competent contact persons. You use growth opportunities with smart sales plans and develop measures to inspire our customers from our banking solutions. You are training for our employees to convey knowledge in practice and to improve the use of our digital services in a sustainable manner. In this role, you work closely with sales, marketing and departments to develop processes and continuously increase the quality of our digital services.
