About us In the Team Manufacturing Transformation in the Drug Containment Solutions business segment, we are pushing forward digitization and automation in manufacturing. For our demanding, strategic projects we are looking for an experienced project manager who transforms processes with passion, transforms new technologies into practice and makes our works fit for the future. Your duties Responsibility for managing and implementing strategic projects in the field of digitalization and automation - from concept phase to successful roll-out Initiation and control of projects from strategic corporate decisions or concrete optimization needs from factories and global process owners Responsibility for the successful implementation of the projects - from the common definition of objectives and framework conditions to the establishment of a powerful team up to the control of schedule, budget, resources and communication Reporting at management level and representation of projects to internal and external stakeholders Close cooperation with other project managers in the team “Manufacturing Transformation” and with production, IT/OT and R&D Ensuring quality, time and budget according to internal standards and QM requirements Your profile Completed studies - preferably technical-natur science, economic or spiritual science At least 6 years of experience in managing complex digitalization or automation projects - ideally in the process industry or discrete manufacturing Deep and practical understanding of production processes and modern technologies (e.g. MES, IIoT, Robotics, Data Analysis) Safe appearance at all levels - also in an international environment German and English and strong presentation skills Used in handling project management tools and IT applications Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
