IT administration and system integration Management, administration and further development of our IT and computer systems and storage solutions Conception, implementation, installation and configuration of IT systems and networks Support, monitoring and optimization of the IT infrastructure including monitoring, capacity monitoring and detection and elimination of disturbances and bottlenecks Installation and updating of operating systems, drivers and software on client PCs and monitoring of back-up systems First and second level support as well as competent support and support of our users in IT applications Working with the planning and implementation of various IT projects Conversion and processing of data and preparation of evaluations AI and automation (required) Identification and automation of recurring business and IT processes Development and implementation of AI-based workflows and solutions Integration of AI tools and applications into existing systems and processes Support and training of specialist departments in the practical use of AI Evaluation of new AI technologies and continuous development of our automation solutions in all business areas
