As a shift coordinator, you agree closely with the shift manager and support the implementation of the daily production targets to achieve the planned production figures. For a structured and smooth run within the layer team, you always keep an overview of the ongoing processes. As a central contact person within the shift team, you also take the professional guidance of the employees, coordinate their use and ensure effective personnel deployment planning. In close cooperation with colleagues from the technology, you are looking for a constant readiness to use the machines and systems.

You ideally have a training z. as a machine and plant leader, specialist for food technology or comparable qualification. You have already gained first experience in the field of production and want to go the next career step? We look forward to motivated candidates who want to take responsibility and develop. You show willingness to shiftwork (breakfast and late shifts).
