Your training brings a lot of variety with you: in your three-year training you run various departments like e.g. MRP, fleet and key account to get to know the whole range of your training profession. The main focus is on the planning, organisation and handling of transports You take responsibility through your own tasks and projects with your fellow trainees When planning your training, you can bring your own ideas and interests Through regular team building measures, you build your communication skills, get to know your strengths better, and know how to use the experienced in everyday work Various trainings support you in your personal and professional development

At the beginning of your training, you have a medium degree Order and structure are important to you, but sometimes you are spontaneous and flexible You like to think in tricky tasks and think about solutions You are happy to go open to other people and actively seek exchange For the necessary communication in the team as well as with external partners and customers, you bring very good German knowledge in word and writing with You feel comfortable in a dynamic working environment where speed, initiative and responsibility are required – no day is like the other
