Then our team Legal Affairs at our site in Kirchheim near Munich will strengthen the possibility of regular home office as a specialist (d/m/w) for export control. What is there to do?

• As a central contact person, you coordinate issues related to export control, customs and import
• You make sure that all external economic requirements (DE, EU and international) are complied with safely
• You implement export control requirements in practice and maintain their compliance
• In exchange with authorities, you accompany approval procedures, e.g. with the BAFA
• The classification of goods, software and technologies by export lists is your responsibility
• Permit obligations, embargoes and business partners check reliably and with wide view
• You are responsible for the testing and implementation of the classification of goods by export control law as well as the verification of approval requirements
• You are responsible for the release of cross-border goods and technology transfers
• You accompany customer projects and product launches from export control perspective
• You ensure a consistent documentation of all export, import and customs operations
• With your expertise, you will advise departments, management and management

That's what you bring

• Completed commercial training or studies, ideally in the field of law / economic law
• First experience in the export or customs environment - or the willingness to work deep into the topic and interest in building expert knowledge in German, European and international export control law
• Experience in handling authorities is beneficial
• Good knowledge of German (min. B2) and good knowledge of English (min. B2) in word and writing
• Ability to analyse complex facts and to prepare them in a comprehensible manner
• Communication strength and joy in cross-departmental cooperation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a pronounced risk awareness
