You are the first contact person for our sales partners:inside all technical questions about occupational retirement provision and are sure to act in German and English You develop tailor-made bAV offerings for German corporate customers and international companies and take over the processing of tenders and individual customer requests independently You control national and international initiatives around occupational retirement, coordinate all the interfaces involved and work closely with our global broker network You actively contribute to strategic and operational bAV projects, develop innovative solutions and shape the further development of our business unit You continuously analyze the German bAV market as well as international developments and integrate your knowledge into offering and strategic orientation

You have completed a study or training in financial or insurance You have several years of professional experience in the field of occupational retirement provision with knowledge of all relevant implementation paths You have ideally completed a further education in the field of bAV and know legal and tax frameworks You communicate clearly and understandably and also explain complex facts convincingly You perform confidently and conduct coordination with internal and external partners: You work timely, flexible, solution-oriented and take responsibility You have very good English skills in word and writing
