Sales Management Representative (m/f/d)

Your tasks As a representative of the sales management (m/w/d), you are the right hand of our sales management and make sure that the distribution runs smoothly. You perform the following tasks: Direct support and relief of sales management in operational and strategic daily business Pre- and post-processing of in- and external appointments, presentations and decision templates Processing and analysis of market, competition and sales data Coordination, control and sustainable project management of sales-related projects and measures Creation of reports, forecasts and management reports Active participation in our process optimization, digitization and operational excellence Interface between sales, specialist departments, central areas and external partners

Technical basis: You have a degree or a commercial training, ideally related to the insurance or financial industry. Industry experience: First experience in the financial industry, ideally in the insurance industry, like in the broker or industrial insurance environment, you bring along. Analytical strength: numbers, data and structures are your thing – you also keep an overview in complex topics. Organizational talent: You work structured, proactive and self-employed, and you can easily learn more topics in parallel. Team spirit: You like to work in the dynamic team and want to contribute to sustainable success together with colleagues. Communication strength: You communicate clearly and sovereignly on all levels – we make complex things simple and understandable.
