Our technical service team in the Airport Technology division is looking for a high-communication problem solver m/w/d with a passion for vehicle technology, which has the following tasks: You advise our customers and help to analyse technical problems and develop tailor-made technical solutions together with customers and specialist departments. You advise our customers on preventive maintenance, maintenance and operation of our innovative aircraft tractors. You make sure that You are able to cope with performance and work closely with the team. In case of customer requests for service, maintenance, repairs and modifications on the vehicle, take over technical training and create corresponding offers. You charge and parameterize controls for our vehicles and carry out important software updates. You serve demo vehicles with our customers. As a competent contact partner m/w/d, you can help our service technicians with advice and action.

You have completed training, e.g. as motor mechatronics m/w/d, possibly with further training, and also provide business knowledge. You have a good technical understanding that allows you to solve problems with our complex special drivers. Ideally, you have experience in electromobility and have already acquired high-voltage knowledge to maintain our e-vehicles on the service side. You are characterized by negotiation skills and good communication skills and keep a cool head in stressful situations. In order to communicate with our international customers, you have good English skills and can ideally shine through another foreign language. In dealing with MS Office as well as ERP systems, ideally SAP, you are versed.
