WHAT WHAT? Receive and edit incoming requests (telephone, written, personal) for workshop appointments and for spare parts and accessories Extent of work / appointment in coordination with the workshop capacity to match the customer Check availability of spare parts and if necessary Start your order Edit enquiries for retrofits In case of emergency service emergency service Create and discuss cost suggestions for workshop work as well as spare parts and accessories Record and edit complaints Determine parts numbers and sizes, check availability and arrange reservation / order Recording and clarification of all technical questions comprehensively inform our customers about the services offered in the service, advise them on sales and process the processing Support service reception Working hours in the alternating shift model between 07:00 - 18:00 and Saturday work in the rolling system

THERE WHAT YOU WANT TO UN You have a completed technical vocational training or an otherwise suitable professional qualification, preferably in the field of automotive vehicles. You have a pronounced technical KFZ / NFZ confession. You have a pronounced communication capability and a good expressiveness in word + font. You have good knowledge of MS Office applications.
