SAVENCIA – these are the two sister companies SAVENCIA Fromage & Dairy Germany in Wiesbaden and Edelweiss in Kempten. With around 700 employees, we develop, produce and market high-quality cheese specialities and are part of the worldwide successful Groupe SAVENCIA. The sales team of the SAVENCIA Fromage & Dairy in Wiesbaden as Sales Support Manager (m/w/d) – will first extend for 2 years.

Supporting our key account management in preparing customer appointments Discharge of key account managers in administrative and organizational daily business Direct exchange with LEH customers for promotion and listing planning, including to ensure correct delivery Creation and updating of cross-customer analyses Interface to SCM, Marketing and Quality departments Processing of customer requests and complaints

Business training or completed studies, ideally focusing on sales/marketing first experience in sales; Experience in independent customer support Routinized handling of Office 365, including Excel and PowerPoint Analytical Thinking, Fast Conception and Proactive Action Structured operation and a high degree of flexibility Communication strength and safe occurrence Joy of self-responsible work in the team Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
