Provider Manager (m/w/d) – IT Service Manager

In the course of further growth, our client is currently looking for a provider manager (m/w/d) / IT service manager, which acts as a central interface between internal departments and external IT service providers. In this key role, you contribute significantly to ensuring the quality and efficiency of the IT services and actively shaping the further development of the system landscape. Control and quality assurance of external IT services – including contract, SLA and audit Interface management between departments and IT providers to ensure smooth service processes Planning, coordination and implementation of SAP transports as well as support for system changes, upgrades and release changes Management of SAP licenses and permissions to ensure a stable system operation Creation and maintenance of system and program documentation for transparent tracking and maintenance

Complete IT training or comparable qualification with well-founded professional experience as provider manager/IT service manager Good ITIL knowledge and ideally pre-experience in the field of SAP permissions Own-responsible, structured manner combined with communication strength and very good German and English skills
