We will soon find a:n Programmatic Yield Manager (gn). Yield Manager is a key role in our Programmatic & Yield Management team. Your focus is on optimizing performance business and recommendation placements in our premium portfolio. You work analytically, strategically and operationally.

Analysis & Optimization: Control, monitoring and optimization of performance-based placements and recommendation units as well as continuous quality assurance of the overall portfolio Continuous A/B tests, KPI evaluations and derivation of measures to increase revenue Strategic development: Development and Implementation of Yield Strategies for Performance Business Expansion and automation of control mechanisms related to our technology stack (including adservers, SSPs, yield tools) Partner management: Close coordination with specialised partners to ensure optimal performance and reliable sales planning Implementation of contract negotiations based on profound technical and analytical expertise Team & Knowledge Transfer: Close cooperation with Product, Tech & Sales to develop new concepts Documentation, reporting and knowledge transfer within the team

Completed studies in business, media or comparable training First professional experience in programmatic advertising, yield management or performance marketing (e.g. Native/Recommendation Networks) Analytical way of thinking and safe handling of data (Excel or BI tools) Basic technical understanding of adserver setups and SSP systems Communication strength and joy in teamwork with internal and external partners:inside Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Your English and German skills are certainly in word and writing
