In order to strengthen our controlling team, we are looking for an experienced senior controller (m/w/d), which contributes to the successful development of our company with analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking and team spirit. Creation of sound monthly and annual accounts analyses and ad hoc reports in close cooperation with the departments and management Support and active participation of the planning and forecast process in coordination with various departments Function as a business partner for management – e.g. of group companies, business areas or specialist areas – for business questions Implementation and further development of the corporate and controlling strategy Introduction and continuous optimization of controlling instruments for corporate control, deviation analysis and planning Proactive cooperation on internal and group-wide projects in the controlling environment, in particular with regard to the further development of the BI system

Complete study of business management or a comparable degree programme focusing on finance/controlling Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized production company Very good knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems and modern BI tools (e.g. Power BI) Experience in the development of reports and dealing with databases Impressed analytical skills, a structured and self-responsible way of working, and a high degree of self-initiative and communication strength Hands-on mentality and team spirit Very good English skills in word and writing
