to prepare, execute and reprocess the pay bill for your defined business area and to communicate to the outside to interfaces such as health insurance or the tax office, to create work-contractual documents and to secure the high quality standard in the pay billing by the master data management including all billing-relevant data first contact person (m/w/d) for personal concerns and to accompany the entire employee life cycle from entry to exit with a focus on payroll topics to be incorporated into tariff and operational regulations and to ensure compliance in the case of projects and special technical topics (e.g. occupational retirement provision, part-time, remuneration framework) and also take over cross-border administrative activities for the payroll team

equipped with a commercial training, ideally experience in the field of pay billing or Staff support open to working into our IT structure with MS Office, SAP and SuccessFactors to keep many balls in the air at the same time: your independent, structured and careful way of working Successful as a team player & organizational talent (m/w/d) ideally prepared to keep a cool head in every situation, bringing you the right mix of pragmatism, service orientation and quality awareness with safe in the use of the German language and able to communicate at least at level C1 in professional and social situations
