What you do with us Telephonic, via emails and tickets you take IT support and support for our customers: With the team, you can monitor and remove the customer IT structure and process service requests professionally - Reaction and Loss times (SLAs) we always keep in mind you install, configure and administrate servers, networks, applications and cloud applications. We will help you through a deep integration with person/person:in and training opportunities for your professional development.
