You can do this with us: Creation and maintenance of space books and planning Personnel planning and operation control for a team of about 10 employees Ensuring and monitoring of cleaning quality according to requirements Holiday and disease representation in the operational area - you actively support your team on site Structure and process optimization to increase efficiency and quality Close cooperation with internal contacts and customers to ensure a smooth process

We wish you: Multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) in maintenance or clean room cleaning, ideally in a senior function Knowledge of the cleaning organization and technology Safe handling of Microsoft 365 applications Organisational skill, enforcement capacity and a structured working method Team-oriented thinking and joy in leading and motivating employees
