We are looking for the following position in our company Eichenau

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time

Your task...

• Order intake (in- and outbound, mail and fax) as well as range extension/cross and up-selling
• Advice on alternative articles and our (digital) services
• Adoption and processing of complaints by weighing different interests
• Customer information about current offers and promotions as well as the sale of MHD endangered products
• Maintenance of customer master data as well as installation of our new customers
• Creation of credits and debits
• Informal exchange with the customer to his documents

• Great passion for active selling and guessing
• A completed training in the food sector, with business training or cross-enterers with appropriate professional experience
• Safe handling of the PC and digital applications
• Knowledge in the standard MS-Offi ce programs as well as in the SAP goods management system R3 are advantageous
• Team skills
• Structured, result-oriented and independent mode of operation
• Balance, flexibility, hand-on mentality
