We are exclusively entrusted with the immediate occupation of the responsible task of the overall quality assurance manager (m/w/d). In this function you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a young, twelve-member team, responsible for the internal and external QM in compliance with ISO 9001 as well as IATF 16949, ensure smooth customer support, are interface to the specialist departments and report directly to the management.

Discipline and professional leadership of the assigned QS departments and further development of the team members Ensuring quality objectives, process stability and continuous improvement of quality-relevant indicators Responsibility for internal and external complaint management to ensure customer satisfaction Planning, implementation and evaluation of internal and external audits and deriving appropriate measures Supplier evaluation and qualification as well as close cooperation with production, purchasing and QMB Analysis of deviations, initiation of effective cause of error analysis and monitoring of the implementation of measures

Complete technical engineering studies or comparable qualification, ideally complemented by QS further education (e.g. quality manager, auditor) Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance as well as detectable leadership experience Methodological competence (e.g. FMEA, APQP, Statistics, Core Tools) and structured, solution-oriented work Safe handling of customers and suppliers as well as experience in complaint and process management Embossed analytical capability, communication strength and sovereign occurrence High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and ability to implement improvement processes sustainably
