You go empathically to the guest wishes and create unforgettable moments of well-being

Cosmetic treatments for face and body as well as wellness massages are carried out independently and professionally: in particular facial and whole body treatments, manicure and pedicure

You professionally advise our guests on applications and products and sell them actively

You accept your wishes and implement them immediately in the treatment

You treat complaints professionally

You enter our SPA reception and process inquiries and reservations

You are responsible for compliance, control and improvement of our hygiene and quality standards throughout the treatment, spa and sauna area

You are contact for guests, supervisors and colleagues

You have a completed training for the state-approved cosmetics and wellness massage

In order to be able to serve our guests well, speak well German and have English skills

You have already worked in the hotel industry, are familiar with the requirements and work on the weekend

You have collected your professional experience in facial and body treatment, manicure, pedicure and product consulting and sales

Ideally, you have BABOR product and treatment features

Your communication skills make you a real sales talent

You work independently, gas and service oriented

As a host with heart you have fun dealing with our guests

You are important to a well-maintained appearance

Ideally, you have knowledge with the SPA software TAC/Reservationassistant
