We want to grow and look for you to strengthen our expert crew in Salzgitter as an OnSite Manager (m/w/d).

This body shall be filled in full time without delay.

As an OnSite Manager (m/w/d), you are the central contact person on site and ensure smooth cooperation. Together with the specialist departments, you develop precise requirements profiles for open positions. You switch and plead job advertisements in our applicant management system. All incoming profiles are carefully checked, meet a qualified pre-selection and forward suitable candidates to the departments. You coordinate interviews in coordination with those responsible and accompany the entire process personally. New employees are professionally guided by the onboarding process and assists them when starting in the respective department. The administrative support and the monitoring of contractual deadlines are also in your hands. You are a trusted contact person for all project staff members and advise them on all personal topics. In addition, you will create meaningful reporting and statistics for our customers as well as for controlling.

You have successfully completed a technical or commercial training, ideally as a personnel service provider. Ideally, you are already bringing experience in the personnel service as an OnSite Manager (m/w/d) in the industrial environment. You bring design will, a structured way of working with clear prioritization, organisational skills, enforcement skills and team skills. You are service-oriented and you can flexibly adjust to different conversation partners and target groups.
