Leading the unit according to management guidelines and principles of Allianz ESA, and according to business policy objectives and requirements Ensuring a smooth process within the unit through work goods distribution, capacity management and management of interfaces to other departments, groups, units as well as to the product provider and the sales Drawing and pricing decisions in accordance with the applicable CRLs and authorisations in the new and existing business Supporting employees in difficult talks, negotiations and business processes – if necessary also on site Ensuring the professional and overtime development of employees Promoting the acquisition and maintenance of sales, guidance and support in the implementation of renovations
