Architect or Engineer Project Management for Large Construction Projects (m/f/d)

For the BLB NRW, You control large new construction projects and rehabilitation measures in the areas of project management, according to AHO Issue 9 in project management and project control function In the project responsibility, You take over the technical management and control of project team members with different disciplines (e.g. construction, supply technology and electrical engineering) You define the project objectives in order to achieve them in particular with regard to costs, dates and qualities You are responsible for compliance with internal and external requirements (records, orders, standards, procurement law) You work constructively with all internal and external stakeholders in the project You work in the selection and contracting of freelance workers and construction workers with You control our projects from A to Z: from planning and constructional advice to the award, construction and execution, and ultimately the handover and billing You take over the quality tests of the external architectural and technical planners, if necessary. Project control offices You create and responsible for controlling (termines, costs, qualities, resources), data management and reporting to manage the construction projects

You have a completed degree (Diplom/Master/ Bachelor) of the disciplines Architecture, Civil Engineering or a comparable engineering discipline. Further requirements: You can have a multiannual professional experience after graduation in the project management or Project Responsibility in Construction You provide knowledge of relevant relevant legislation (e.g. HOAI, VOB, VgV, etc.) and knowledge in handling project communication systems with Ideally, you have additional professional qualifications in the field of project management (DVP or the like) You are routined in handling standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) and open to the BLB-specific application of SAP as well as project control/planning software Your profile is rounded off by first knowledge and experience in building information modeling (BIM) or by the willingness to acquire relevant knowledge with the BLB Its distinct competence in the management of the cooperation of various stakeholders is just as important as your target orientation, motivation and flexibility in dealing with changing framework conditions. You are capable of leading a service car and have a valid class B licence You can refer to certain German language skills that correspond at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E11 Group to the E13 TV-L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
