The place is limited until 31.12.2028.

You are responsible for the planning and control of the ''Implementation HR Software'' project, which includes the introduction of P&I LogaHR for all relevant HR processes. In doing so, you take over the professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team, moderate between the individual specialist reprisals and our implementation partner and bear the responsibility for achieving the project goals. You accompany and tax the project independently - in close coordination with our managing director Personal - from the first project sketch, to the development of a project plan, to data migration, introduction and the carrier-wide rollout. You accompany the change of a new software through transparent communication and thereby create trust and security. Through your work, you contribute to a further development of the support-wide project management organization and related standards.

Complete business or technical studies (e.g. human resources management, business management, economic engineering, business informatics or computer science). Versatile and profound professional experience in the field of project management and the management of strategic projects with a high change share, at best in the HR sector Methodology competence in project management Knowledge of P&I LogaHR (modules, processes, interfaces) Power of persuasion and high communication and moderation capability Ability to combine different technical perspectives and integrate them effectively The joy of decision, passion, willingness to design and goal-oriented working.
