Technical System Planner Building Technology - TGA / HVAC (m/f/d)

You support the planning and design of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities (HLK/S) and develop efficient and sustainable building technology concepts. With the help of CAD software, in particular Trimble Nova, you will create precise technical drawings, detailed plans and 3D models for our projects. You carry out technical calculations and dimensions with your project management to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of the plants. In close coordination with architects, engineers and the project team, you work together in the integral planning process, including in the BIM environment. You are responsible for the careful documentation, the maintenance of CAD data and the structured data exchange within the project team.

You have a training as a technical:r system planner:in or drawing:in (HLKS) and at least three years of professional experience in technical building equipment. In handling CAD software, ideally Trimble Nova, you are routined and safe. You work very closely, think solution-oriented and like to actively introduce your ideas to the team. First experiences with BIM are of advantage, but no need. You are fluent in German (C1) to clearly match yourself in the team and with project partners.
