Operation, monitoring and installation of production plants for the production of fruit rubber Preparation, dosing and mixing of raw materials according to prescribed formulations Monitoring the cooking and casting process Controlling further processing (e.g. forming, drying, oversewing, packaging) Detection and elimination of minor disturbances in the plants Implementation of quality controls and documentation of production data Compliance with hygiene, safety and food standards (HACCP) Working with cleaning and maintenance

Ideally a training such as specialist for food technology, machine and plant leaders, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or comparable technical qualification Alternatively: professional experience in food production, confectionery production or industrial production Safe handling of production facilities, machine operation, ruts & setup Knowledge of HACCP, quality control and hygienic work Technical understanding, craftsmanship and careful and reliable operation Teamability, sense of responsibility and willingness to shiftwork
