As a teacher, the main school degree in vocational preparation is teaching according to the principles of blended learning and prepares our participants for their final exams. In a fixed learning group with very small class sizes, you use target-group-oriented teaching methods to teach school content in various subjects and exam-relevant topics. Together with the participants, you clarify their suitability and support them in development planning together with the case managers. The acceptance of organizational tasks (e.g. audit reports, planning of project audits and preparation of disadvantage compensations) also falls within your responsibility. You build a viable relationship with the participants, promote motivation and trust and accompany them on their path to successful completion.

You ideally have a completed special education or training course or alternatively a completed educational course or a pedagogical training with knowledge in methodology and didactics. In addition, you could already gain professional experience in pedagogical work with mentally impaired young people. As a teacher, you have a well-founded knowledge of teaching preparation and implementation in various subjects. You have already gained experience in the organisation, implementation and monitoring of audits or comparable organizational skills. An empathic and esteeming attitude towards young people is of course for you.
