The Paulinenpflege Winnenden e.V. is a diaconic institution of youth and disabled assistance with over 200 years of tradition. The aim of the association is to promote participation, education and a self-determined life of people with disabilities, as well as of children and young people with special support needs. Around 1,800 employees accompany and support these people on about 3,800 action sites. The offer includes, among other things, a vocational training workshop, full-time vocational schools with internships for young people with hearing and language disabilities, housing and workshops for adult people with disabilities and mental impairments, as well as a diverse youth assistance network. You are an ordained priest*in. In addition, you have a strong economic competence or willingness to acquire it in a targeted manner before the start of office.
