Together with the nursing management for clinical processes, You form the management team of the department. You are responsible for operational planning and personnel development. You are responsible for investment planning. You are contact persons for the nursing director, as well as for the employees of all disciplines.

Complete training as health and nursing staff Experience in anaesthesia or Intensive care Complete specialist training completed study health care (probably care management) or a further education to lead a station Expertise, social and methodological skills Motivation and joy in working in the interdisciplinary team Openness to innovations
